The APCA Group management team have successfully undertaken a wide range of projects in the UK real estate sector covering planning, development, investment and advisory roles. APCA Group are currently developing a multitude of projects with a total GDV in excess of £260m (GBP).
Our key focus is on the UK residential and leisure sectors and master planning for large mixed use schemes. Over the last 12 months the management team have acquired, obtained planning consent and/or become investment partners in 7 luxury lodge parks with over 550 lodges, 8 residential projects with over 1200 homes and have consulted/advised on 6 major Hotel, investment and development projects.
