Construction
APCA Construction LTD is the in-house, wholly owned, construction management company. It was formed to ensure that the group has the necessary in-house expertise and resources to be able to undertake construction management projects for the group investments and construction activity.
APCA Construction does not undertake construction work or projects for non-associated investments/properties. The commercial objective is to be able to guarantee delivery of the group projects on the most cost-effective basis and to overcomer specific supply constraints in certain geographic locations.

Led by CEO Jon Samuels, the APCA Construction management team have undertaken many construction projects, ranging from relatively small residential schemes up to £30M, plus block developments.
The company has full contractors all risks insurances with strong supply chain and professional partnership relationships, ensuring that the projects are delivered on time and to budget.
