About Us


APCA Group invests its own capital, managed and third party funds directly and by working in partnership with others in the UK real estate sector, we invest where we identify strong growth opportunities or special situations which allow high levels of return.

We have a highly experienced management team with decades of experience in the UK real estate sector, fully supported by in house research capabilities, compliance, planning, design and accounting/financial modelling expertise.

The management team have a primary focus on the residential and leisure sectors but have also successfully invested in the office, retail and care sectors across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

APCA Group focuses on a small number of opportunities to ensure board level involvement and oversight of every investment, typically this approach generates 9 - 12 investments live or in the pipeline with a GDV of £250m - £400m at any one time.

What We Do


Our approach to all opportunities, whatever the sector or location, is the same, and includes comprehensive research, detailed due diligence and careful planning to both property assets and the commercial potential, importantly fully understanding and managing the downside risks at each stage of the investment.

Speed is often critical, but more important is fully understanding the opportunity and especially its downside risks. The management team supported by the back office team, using advance data analytics and state of the art research systems, typically enables a firm decision to be made within 3-4 days if time is of the essence.

We work across a number of investment strategies, these include direct investment deploying our own capital, working in partnership with others, acting as the asset/investment manager for partners and acquiring distressed/special situation vehicles & assets, we also provide consultancy services for partners using our expertise in the UK real estate sector.

Our “reason d’etre” is simply to maximise returns over the life of the investment, irrespective of investment type, scale of the opportunity and sector. Our fundamental approach is opportunistic and entrepreneurial, identifying and maximising opportunities and returns.

We are small enough to ensure a fully committed approach with direct senior management team involvement at every stage, typically we invest in assets with a GDV in the circa £5m - £75m range, with current and pipeline projects having a circa £250m - £400m GDV over 9 – 12 investments.
